Questions we hear

Does acupuncture hurt?

The needles are much thinner than the ones used for shots. You may feel a brief pinch, then a dull, heavy or warm feeling. Most people relax quickly.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem and how long you have had it. After your consultation we give you an honest estimate and check progress as we go.

Can I take herbs with my medication?

Often yes, but always tell us every prescription and supplement you take. We will adjust the formula or advise you to check with your doctor.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes. If you want a set time, send a request below and we will confirm it with you.

Do you speak Chinese?

Yes, we see patients in English and Chinese.
